"That is terrible, Wanda! I am so sorry you have had that experience with State Farm in general. Each agent's office is independently owned and operated. The agent is a small business owner who is contracted with State Farm and that agent alone is responsible for hiring and training their own employees who service a particular group of customers. We do not have access to all customer info and policies; only the ones assigned to us. I do not show you as a customer in my book of business and I don't have anyone with the name of Nicole working here. With that said, I do regret that you had an unfavorable experience.
