"Have had great experience since switching over to State Farm! Staff is friendly and wonderful about communicating! Any time I email them with a question, they are prompt in helping explain things to me. Just added a teen driver and wanted to make sure everything was set up adding him to the policy. They were wonderful covering all the information for me. Prices were better than any other company I’ve had in the past, as well!"

"I was very disappointed with your agent Nicole when I called to cancel my policy with State Farm I was a loyal customer for many years and decided to switch to another company, she became very rude defensive and aggressive me telling me what a mistake i was making about my decision also asking me about my new company which was not her place to do despite my repeated request to simply cancel my policy she continued to interrupt me and would not allow me to complete my request which was to cancel my policy I hope that State Farm will take steps to ensure that it's customer are treated with respect and courtesy when they choose to cancel their policies. The agent is a small business owner who is contracted with State Farm and that agent alone is responsible for hiring and training their own employees who service a particular group of customers. We do not have access to all customer info and policies; only the ones assigned to us. I do not show you as a customer in my book of business and I don't have anyone with the name of Nicole working here. With that said, I do regret that you had an unfavorable experience. "We’ve never had anything but excellent service ever since we switched to State Farm! Michelle’s group is amazing and I have confidence they will always take care of us if anything happens. Diana has checked in with us multiple times to make sure our claim process is running smoothly and that we didn’t have any concerns or issues. I truly appreciate that they make us feel like we aren’t just another “claim without a name”, but rather a family who they truly want to help! Update - 2025: I still couldn’t be happier!
